Here's a photo of Carl Perkins and myself, with Mark Orr in background that was taken at the filming of Vince Gill's "Don't Let Our Love Start Slippin Away" video, 1992. We were all big fans of Carl's, and later he came up to Glasgow and appeared in our "Dixie Fried" video.

During the filming he stopped everything, and spoke to the people that was in the crowd. He said " I've worked with a lot of people in my time, and these HeadHunters are some of the nicest boys I've ever known".

The HeadHunters have sold millions of records, received numerous awards, and played all over the U.S and Canada, But to hear those words come from the same mouth that sang "Blue Suede Shoes"......well I don't have to tell you what that meant to 5 young men who got started in this business because of turning on the radio and hearing that early Sun Records stuff. Carl's gone now.

Probably got a band with John Lennon, John Bonham, Willie Dixon, Bill Monroe, Janis, Jimi, and The Lizard King.
